I had an very nice stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was in a dynamic neighborhood with plenty of upmarket boutiques and restaurants within easy walking distance. The hotel facilities were great, and my room was spacious with a amazing view of the Imperial Palace Gardens. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the staff were pretty good too ensure my comfort. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff was helpful in providing guidance on transportation options and the best way to get to the airport.

Just returned from a delightful stay at The Peninsula. We spent 5 nights exploring the vibrant city and couldn't have chosen a better location. The hotel is conveniently situated near fantastic dining and shopping options. The staff were incredibly attentive and the concierge service was top-notch. They provided great recommendations for sightseeing and even helped us plan our Shinkansen itinerary. On my wife's birthday, they surprised us with a complimentary cake in our room. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and equipped with automated features. Excellent WiFi throughout the hotel. Highly recommended.

There was no buffet. The pastry was not of good quality. The restaurants were a bit expensive.

breakfast super, drink prices extremely high in restaurants and bars - not appropriate. staff very courteous + nice, restaurants great with high quality food. everything top - only drinks should be consumed outside ( 1 glass of beer from eur 12 - 1 glass of wine from eur 24. )

Very beautiful establishment, located in front of the garden of the Imperial Palace. All the subway stations are nearby as well as Tokyo station at 10 min walking distance, perfect to visit the city! Very large rooms, with beautiful views of the park. Separate dressing room very nice . Very good breakfast in the Lobby (special mention for the pancakes, divine); the Peter restaurant on the 24th floor also offers the buffet until the end of the month . Lovely swimming pool . Impeccable service.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the luxurious ambiance and perfect service. The mood lighting in the room added a good touch, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The spacious and beautifully appointed room was spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable stay. the hotel's staff members were friendly and provided great service throughout our visit.

Although the overall experience was excellent, there were a couple of areas for improvement. the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking.

entrance area is at the same time the main restaurant, so you sit on the "presentation plate" so to speak. for breakfast one should better use the small restaurant in the basement. prices for breakfast are completely overdone for what is offered. the quality was excellent... we did not use other meal times. all in all, price level is very ambitious even for tokyo!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, next to the bustling Ginza district and close to high-end shopping. Guests can easily access the subway to visit tourist sites. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with large dressing rooms and bathrooms. The service is exceptional, with professional and thoughtful staff. The hotel offers a beautiful view of the imperial palace. There are also facilities such as a comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom with mood lighting.

The breakfast included in the stay might not be the best option, as it is served in a restaurant near the front entrance which people frequently walk through. The service during breakfast can also be improved, with some guests having to repeatedly request toast and remind the staff about the pastry selection.

Slow service for afternoon tea. The bar located at the hotel mall wasn't excellent and had non-smoking area affected by cigar smoke.

The hotel's afternoon tea service can be a bit slow, with a wait of around 45 minutes from ordering to receiving food.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury, fulfilling all my exclusive needs. the service was exceptional, always ensuring my comfort. the Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, and sauna were a great way to relax. the spa lounge offered beautiful views and plenty of sun loungers to choose from.

Other than that, this hotel was perfect , from the fabulous massage, to the exceptional full body massage.

Excellent location with outstanding facilities and professional staff. Spacious rooms with separate sleeping area, large dressing rooms, and bathrooms. Green amenities with less plastic. Quick check-in and out, fast room service, and English-speaking staff. Laundry collection and ready by next morning. Great for families and conveniently close to subway stops and restaurants.

Nothing not to like.

This hotel provides exclusive amenities, fulfilling our luxurious needs. the Spa & wellness centre's massage and sauna were excellent, as was the indoor swimming pool and sun loungers. the Asian restaurant was outstanding, with an extensive Halal food menu. the private facilities provided were a lovely touch.

The only minor issue was the lack of live entertainment available at the hotel. We had an overall fantastic stay here, with exceptional service and a prime location for exploring the city's main attractions.
